Wrong entry of CIBIL

I am Yagya Dutt from Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab. Recently i applied for LAP Loan from Cholamandalam investment and finance ltd. However, my loan application was rejecting citing the reason that i have been shown as a guarntor of Rs.260000 Dated Oct on my CIBIL Credit Information Report. I have been told I didn't guarntee in anyone. Please inform in which company and whose loan case I have been shown as a guarntor.
