Not having SBI Credit Card

Dear sir,

i am constantly called by sbi bank for some Mr. Lokesh L on my mobile no. for last 2 months 4 to 5 times in a day i am situated in Bangalore.

I had applied for SBI Card during 2007 and it was declained. But today I got a call from SBI Bank Credit Card Department, M.G.Road, Bangalore and saying my total outstanding is Rs.50000 . Please help me how to close this issue.
