Unasked for activation and thus loss of money

I received a call from 923437143442 at 10:18 AM on 22/6

I took the call but no body spoke to me and the caller disconnected the line

I immdeiately 3/4 times called back on the same no.but a recorded voice said ``Sorry the dialled no. does not exist, please check the no.dialed``

I tried to send SMS to the same no.but i received a message ``Message sending failed try again later```

I send and SMS ``START DND`` to 1909 as suggested in your application form but to my surprise i received a message ``Dear customer, the option exercised by you is invalid``

Finally I again called at 11:19 AM a person said Hello and immediately a recorded broken voice started coming in talking about some activation, I immeditely cut the line and to my surprise Rs.12/- got deducted unauthorisedly form my balance

I then to file a complain called 12345 here I was asked call 198

I called 198 one Ms Supriya spoke to me she on my request registered me for START DND and said that this service will take 7 days to activate whereas this should be activated immediately and I chose in your application form for START DND and still such uncalls are comiing in

You are requested to refund my amount of Rs.12/- immediately and also requested to stop harrasing me by such calls

Kindly do the needul immediately and confirm
