Funds on Holds

Dear Sir,

Iam Ravinder Singh Panwar holding S/Ac. no.- 13741140005070 at Nehru Place Branch New Delhi. My A/c has been debited for Rs. 7000/- by HDFC on account of debts for a Credit Card. To my surprise, I have NO CREDIT CARD operating from any bank. I have not been given any details in this regards from the branch. I have already submitted the complaints for the same, three days before, but there is no response from the Bank people till now. I would like you to revert to me immediately on this. I shall be otherwise forced to take this to "Banking Obudsman Scheme".
