NSDL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BIG LIERS, THEY GIVE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS & THEY TAKE 2 MONTHS TO MAKE THE PAN CARD WHICH IS DISGUSTING & TOO MUCH OF TIME WAIST EVEN THEY DROP THE CUSTOMER CALLS. PLS TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM IF THEY ARE UNCAPABLE TO MAKE THE PAN CARD ONTIME PLS ASSIGN THIS JOB TO SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES INSTEAD OF IRRESPONSIBLE NSDL. THEIR CUST CARE EXE ARE SO RUDE & USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TOO.
