I am holding an sbi credit card which is now blocked by the bank for non-payment. It is the fact that i didn't receieved any bill of the same for the past six months. On time to time i informed the bank on their helpline but i was always informed that i will be delivered a duplicate bill for the same which never camed. The bank authorites were also not providing any necessary information to me on the phone line regarding the payment details and the minimum amount to be payed. After some months they informed me that i have to pay an amout of rs.16, 000/- directly not only this some times the amount becamed 12, 000/- some times it became 14, 000/- they themselves are not fixed in the amount at the same time i am fed up with recovery agents who are not only giving bad words on my cellphone but also using vulgar langauages on my landline. I hope someone will listen to my complaint.
