Non reciept of PAN Card

I have Lost my Pan Card. I applied for PAN CARD to NSDL on 3rd February. Ack. No. 021840100125513 for issue of PAN CARD. As per message recieved from the NSDL I contacted my Assessing Officer of the ITD and they have activated my PAN CARD. Till Date I have not recieved my PAN CARD. As per the ITD they have outsourced the services to NSDL. So NSDL is not issueing me PAN CARD.They are still showing the same details in the status which was filled in the month of March. They never tried to check the Status of my PAN CARD after that and till date I am looking after status of may PAN CARD.
