NSDL INCOME TAX DEPPT
PAN CARD NOT DELIVERED

SIR,

I have applied a PAN CARD THROUGH NSDL The pan card has been alloted by the deppt but not deliverd to the mentioned address.their status showed that they had been dispatched through BLUE DART VIDE airway bill no -44117818872. when i track the shipment of the airway bill it showed that it was returned to the origin. No Reason was given .when i talked to a Blue Dart Office they told me that it was an instruction given by the NSDL to return the shipment. i could not understand what could be the problem.
