There was some mistake in the Name of my Pan card No. ANMPS4484P. I had submitted for correction to

in the month of January under acknowledgement no. 881010203916920.

I got emails three times asking me to send a photograph since the photo submitted was not suitable for scanning. Each time I sent different photographs. That is, I sent in total three photographs. Still I have received an email asking me to send a photograph. I have not understood, what is all the matter about. I request the authorities to send my Pan Card at the earliest.
