Enclosed pl find my above Life Certificate for the year 2011 duly certified and authenticated by the Govt Notary Public Officer, California, USA.

The submission was delayed owing to the fact that I am away to USA to see my daughter, Mrs Rinky Chopra, who is pregnant. Owing to the circumsatnaces beyond my control, I had to rush to my daughter's place here in Calif, USA & shall have to stay here for some more time. Hence, this inevitable delay.

The copy of this Life Certificate is being also endorsed to my bank, namely, M/S Punjab National Bank, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India as it is manadotary and as this is required by them. However, at the same time, I confirm that there has not been any change in the above given Bank a/c. Hence, you may continue to send my Pension henceforthwith through ECS as hitherto.
