Fpo share dividend not received

Sir,

i have ntpc fpo share which i got through karvy computershare pvt ltd (unit: ntpc ltd) of reference no. 11201-4708743. i have not received dividend check/cash credit to online a/c 30879299154 while others fron my unit got the check/cash.

please confirm my check/cash status as soon as possible.
