Regading Sanction

Request for release of postpaid pension chaque.

Sir,

I got superannuated from Tanda (U.P.) unit of NTPC on 31st November. Since then I got my pension regularly. I have sent a live exesistence certificate duly attested by gazetted officer to you on 5.11.2009 through post. My Annuity No: 011M0117072796. But Till now I haven't got any information regarding the pension.

Hope you would be kind enough to and do a favour for me & send the postpaid pension cheque on my residential address furnished to you.
