A man name Suvendu Ghosh from Kolkatta who is running a company named OASIS INFOTECH said that he provides Form Filling Job (Data Entry) and for which he collected Rs. 10, 000/- as a security deposit. Which I paid him by cheque, & cheque no is 823523 from SBI BANK, deposited in ICICI BANK branch GARIA KOLKATA A/C No 034905001608. Once deposited the Rs..10000.he told me that i have problem with vendor you wait, then at last he told me i will not give you form filling job, i told him for money refund, from dec till date he will not refund the money,

As per suvendu that i gave money to my vendor name PARIJAT MULLICK, when he give me money i will give to you, after that i got the mob no of parijat mallick, i talk with him, he told me suvendu did not give me any money evin i did not see suvendu till,

at last i decide i will meet percenely with parijat & suvendu i went to kolkata, i call suvendu that i am in kolkata he told me i am busey i will not come with you, then i go to paijat residence i met him percenely he told same story that suvendu did not give me any money,

now any can tell me how i will get my money back .i call so maney times to suvendu that give my money back he never respond positively, from last one month he is asking i will send you recipt wich i paid to parijat, but i did not get any recipt any money

now please please tell me what i will do.
