ATM Money deduction

I have deduct two transactions of 1000 rupees each and i don't get money but it is deducted from my account no.51822010014710 (OBC Bank). On last year's 6th march.

i have already submitted my applications in bank i don't got any reply from bank ..i made online complaints also but no responce .my online compalaints numbers are:(WS5154-10).please help me to get my money back..

i am highly oblige you for that...
