Deducton of Rs.3200 frm ATM

Sir i processed by corporation bank krisna nagar, mathura ATM for Rs 3200 withdral, mony deducted in ac but not recived money due to net problem & on slip issuar unavailable was written on 04 jan evening i complain next day to my OBC bank in written & by online also as-complain no.-ws7261-10, and i remind as ws 7867-10 also but till now i have no responce. please help me. my AC no.-01042151003416
