No response to our letters

I, Mrs. Rekha Jain and my husband Sh. Vinod Kumar Jain had deposited Rs. 10, 000, Rs. 5, 000 and Rs. 10, 000 on 28/04/1997 and Rs. 12, 000 on 03/05/1997 as fixed deposit with M/S Synergy Financial Exchange Limited Madras who went into liquidation by official liquidator High Court Madras. In response to our letter dated 12/03, Assisstant Official Liquidator (Tech) High Court Madras vide is letter / file No. Misc/CRS dated 14/07 advised us to file our claims with his office respect of the dues alleged as due to us by the company in Form No. 66 of the company (court) rules 1959 duly attested by an advocate and as such we sent him four Form No. 66 duly attested by an advocate on 12/01 under registered AD which was acknowledged by him on 15/01 and registered our claims as claims no. 4128/CRS, 4129/CRS, 4101/CRS dated 19/11 against C.P. No. 322 and 349/99 High Court Madras, M/S Synergy Financial Exchange Limited (in liquidation) - claims regarding.

On 28/05, we requested him to register our new address vide register AD letter of which no aclnowledgement of regestering our new address has been received by us till date. We sent him many registered AD letters but got no reply. Now we came to know that the company in question has been liquidated and we have neither received any money or any information
