Recovering charges for unatorised contructions

I Stay at Om geetanjali chs Ltd. S P Marg Vaishali Nagar Dahisar East,

1. Our Society has constricted illigel Main gate which has a demolition notice by BMC

2. Our Bulding Dosent hsve OC & CC Still society is charging afditonal water connection charges which has bee never obtained

3. At the Dep. Registar i given a written statement twice but he has given orders to recover unlawfull amount from me.

4. recovery notice and monthly bills are also not matching they have shown of Rs.42, 284/- in the month of 08 and RS 63, 980/- in the month of 10 Society has not given a bill for month of 09. On 5th Jan Demand Notice is for Rs.61, 988/- and on 25th Jan notice before attachment the demand is for Rs. 62781/- please advice me the wright way of repling this
