Complain regarding appointment of various post

Namaskar,

I am Complainning About A.E.W. ENTERPRISES (a unit of Bharatiya Laghu Udyog & Agriculture Farming Society, Regd.) they send me job offer letter and demanding bank draft of 3300/- against my appointment and also mentioned that draft should be sent only through private courier. And company dosent provide any web address, email address, contact no. So how can I find out company details and varify about the company.. Comapany only gives address. The address of the company is :-

MEHU WALA MAFI,

SHIMLA BYPASS ROAD,

DEHRADUN-248001 (UTTRANCHAL).

They mentioned in the offer letter that the last date of sending DD is 8th March & if we send the DD after last date, we have to pay 850/- Rs. late fee within 10 days.
