Chetaing with me after account settlement

I was credit card holder of icici bank in 2004 . I setteled the my account with credit card division and pay as per settlement but my salary account was blocked by credit card div. due to non-payment of credit card payment as per credit card division .i have pay so many auto debit but still issue pending .so many communication with customer care on mail still case is pending, Due to this i am facing lot of problems.
