Shody behaviour of Satbir singh

Dear Sir,

On 19th of March, one Mr. Satbir singh from Om sai packers and movers came to my house upon request for quotation for moving to chennai. Being, the first party to come and give the quote, I believed when he said, I have to pay a refundable amount of Rs.500/= which if services not utilized will be given back. I paid without any suspect. Subsequent parties when they came, they never asked for such money and I grew suspicious on this chap. I spoke to him over phone and said that I am cancelling the plan and requested him to retun my money back. He says, it will not be returned. When his higher officials were contacted, they are telling that the amount is only 500, hence forget it. This is a very shody behaviour from that companys part.
