Credit card misuse

My Sister is a subscriber of Match .com, recently she had upgraded her membership using my credit card in Jan'12 for 6 months.

The company charged 35$ on my credit card for this transaction, day before yesterday using my existing credit card information the company deducted another 35$ without authorisation.

I have sought an explanation but there is no response, and there is no contact number on any of their website.

This is very distrubing, i would want this site to answer and give an explaination asap.
