Even the home page is not opening, My trades have stucked, might give losses

I have several open positions but due to not opening of site (Even the first page), my trades have stucked and it may result in losses or loss of opportunity to gain, since time is the essence in on line Intraday trading. I have tried a number of times, yt the site did not open at all. Other sites are being opened well, I have got broadband connection of Airtel.

Tried to contact on telephone, but it was engaged and engaged. I have mailed the complaint in help desk of SBICAPSEC from my REDIFFMAIL Account. However, still waiting for needful action.
