Dear Sir,

I want to be part of SBI and had visited your Kirti Nagar Branch to open new account. They have demanded some gurentour other than the documents of id and resedence proof.

I have all the documents like PAN card, Driving Licence, Voter ID but have no gurentour. When i meet the branch manager he also have not given satisifactory answer to my question that if a new customer wants to be part of SBI and have no gurentour then how will he get associated with the bank.
