Cheatinp of loans through website

Sir/Madam,

I had applied for education loan in theOptimum Associates, Punjab/ picaso India finance limited, company after knowing about them in the website www.optimumassociates.in, and also reading their adds in daily classifieds. Though they assured me of sanctioning the education loan of rs.2 lakhs with a payment of 12 thousand rupees for various processing charges they cheated me and did not provide me the loan or even refund the money paid which was said to me is refundable. later the company did not respond for any of our calls or mails and found to be fake. so my complaint is against that company which is cheating people. I am in great financial crisis and with that have lost such huge amount trusting that company, so please try to take action such that the company may refund my amount and as well stop cheating people like this.kindly consider my complaint and do the needed action.
