Instruments problem (PH 26995323 & 26991391)

Dear Sir,

Kind Attn: Sh. G.K.Aggarwal.

we have allready complaint to BSNL that our landline instrument is not working properly, we have complaints twice, then also they are not responding to us, they always tell us that it to give complaints on customer care we done that also, frm bsnl two service employee attended our office but they simply tell us instrument is ok, then as per my instruments fault they should stay with us till our working hours then only they will come to know real fault.

Pls sir advice us how to solve my problem, its that they give good service to customer u only tell me, we give visit to hadapsar office also they are not co-operating us
