Short dispensing of money

Dear Sir

On 9/12/09 at 11-27 AM, I have used my Debit Card of HSBC to withdraw Rs.10000/= from an ATM of "ORIENTAL BANK" located at Devaraj Urs Road, Mysore. Even though I entered the correct amount as Rs.10000/= the amount dispensed was only Rs.= i.e. 3 Nos. of Rs.500 Currency Notes and 5 Nos. of Rs.100 Currency Notes. When I verified my accounts (A/c No.071-272603-0060) through Net Banking of HSBC, an amount of Rs.10000/= is Debited to my account. I am have lost Rs.8000/= in this transaction with out any fault of mine. Please advise the concerned bank to reverse this transaction and make necessary amends to Debit only Rs.= to my account.
