Non payment of Gratuity

I have been working for erstwhile Global Trust Bank which subsequently got taken over by Oriental Bank of Commerce. My staff No. is S00309. I had joined the bank on December 1995 and got relieved from the bank on 4th September after paying 2 months notice pay. I was working for tha bank for almost 10 years.

Inspite of this the bank has still not paid my hard earned Gratuity dues accumulated till date.

Am not able to understant why such a big bank is not in a position to pay by dues.

Pls take up my case with the bank and get my dues settled with interest.
