NEFT failed transaction

I transferred 500Rs. frrom my OBC Ac. No. 00272150000910 to my Vijaya bank account no 718401011000399. The money is debited from OBC account and yet not credited to Vijaya Bank account. The worst part is inspite of many mails to OBC and neft@obc.co.in I am not getting any response.
