Amount deducted from A/C while money not recieved through ATM

I use my ATM card on 17/05 at 13.20 in OBC ATM Situated in CSE Campus (Ambabai-Jhansi) to Withdraw - Two Thousand But I did not receive MONEY, But Above said ammount i.e.-Rs is Deducted From my Account.

So. Please do Needful.
