Sanction of personal loan

Dear Sir,

I have customer in your bank since 1996, earlier we had been given personal loans from SBS many time, accordingly we have repaid the loan in specified time limit. Now after merger of SBS into SBI, branch manager is denying to approve personal loan to us. Earlier branch managers were not asking for guarantee from employer, while present manager is asking to submit guarantee from our employer, this is not possible from organization.

Will you please do needful in this regards, you may refer our old loan and repayment. Our organization is existing in Gujarat since las 20 years and we are parmenant staff.
