I would like to inform you that the m/s oriental insu. has refuse to give the clam of above vehicle after submitting of relatated document by magma fin.

I reported regarding stolen of vehicle to mr. sona ram on ph no.9933372288 from mobile no-9332310119 on the same day 13/12

I send all the relatated documents like rc.insu.5year parmit, np parmit.puc.and driving lic. Of the driver to magma fin.durgapur office by fax on dt.13/12

magma and oriental are not given any acknowment and response.

So I request you to plase look into the matter and as I belongs to poor cllass so plase help me for clem
