Unnecessary load own transfarmere

Dear sir,

I here by inform u that i install a transfarmer (63kva), cemented poll and electric wire from DHBVN LTD. in my own expenses Rs.- 136214. wide reciept no-001921 book no-218, dated-14/06. power load alloted me--49k.w. as per capacity of trasfarmer. but unnecessary connections is beared by the transfarmer, and it makes many times faulty. I face troube in daily basis. Please remove another connections of transfarmer.
