Extra charge over listed MRP

I work in ITPL which is a huge infrastructural facility for a lot of IT Companies. WE have a food court with various vendors. Today I bought drinking water. The price listed on the bottle was Rs.8/-. However I was charged Rs. 10/-. When I asked the reason for the same, I was told that cold water is charged Rs2/- extra over and above the MRP listed. I didnt find it appropriate. Thereby I am filing a complaint against the vendor.
