NO ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT

Dear sir/madam
my name is arvind kumar, customer id with hdfc is 21420931, i have locked a complainted agaisnt miscommitement of hdfcbank baddi branch complaint no is moh19027 date 29/12.
i have opened one fd with hdfcbank of Rs 70, 000/- from baddi branch (himachal pradesh) in branch officer said that me have to be provide 90 % OD agaisnt this FD after opening FD all circumstances are changed
no possitive response from branch officer, i lauch a complaint but no acction taken by complaint department or no effective action agaisnt my complaint
Today Dated 18/1, i talk with branch manager Mr. Rahul Bassi. for that problem he said to me for come in branch when i go to branch after one hour they said our printer is not working properly, officer who open the FD Mr. Raju Mahajan said this is not under my power. i am in branch from 12:30 p.m to 1:45 p.m
is there a such staff in hdfc bank which called there customer for business after they got business they treated all customer just useless object they can't hear there voice
what i have to do for this, till now my od limit is not 90% which has committed by branch.
kindly take possitively action against such miscommitment and wrong behaviour
