E-bill

I hav been requesting the customer care department for the e-bill for my 2 landlines nu:42210025 & 42210021... ebill for the december 15 days-09.n i neeed a ebill to my id.for the nov bill also... this i have been requesting to ur customer care department for the past 10 days n i spoke to 8 members... till now i hav nt received any mail from ur eng... this is really digusting... i request you to concern my request..
