On feb 1st i received an email from pacific courier informs me that i am lucky winner of 1million GBP along with two hp laptops, to receive these i have to pay Rs.25000 as a custom duty to delivery officer diplomat Kelly Stone arrived on 1feb, he has to make a call for. the sender of email was Morgan Aurther, 442086922853, 447017036146. Same happed three days ago when Loppy lotter informed me the same and one diplomat i forgot the name called me from 919873434908 and told me to come to Newdelhi for custome clearence when i told him i am not able to give him Rs20000 at that time i started bargaining and said you must pay at least Rs.10000 and i need not to come to newdelhi i will provide me the account no of finince ministy to deposit the amount.

I am confused becouse so far neither i have won any lottery nor an email lottery, and what are the steps to be taken for custome clearence So will some body help me.
