Customer Service is irreduculous

Today 22Dec'2011 I Rajkumar Thangavelu properitor of the above mentioned org running a department store went to the bank for deposits and after that i went inside the branch manager cabin and said good morning and i was not offered to sit and even greeted back.

I sat down and the manager said pls wait without even greeting me or a smile to me... He was talking to the computer as if he looks like a abnormal person to me the way he behaved talking infornt of the computer.

I waited and then he asked me i introduced my self bla bla bla... And coming to the complaint the most of the cheque were bounced as soon as u took over from the other manager why...??? when there was a sufficienct cash in the account why there was no intimation. He said that is not my job...?? Ok sir when there was a Manager before in this seat will not asnwer to me like this why are u being so rude to me. He said wait i have work to do... I asked sir i am ur customer and i waited till u fininsh ur work and now again u are asking me to wait ...?? I said ok i will wait and he continued talkin to the computer...???

I said thank you FOR UR KIND SERVICE AND WLKED AWAY... INSPITE OF HE IS TALKIN LIKE A MENTALLY RETARDED PERSON I LAUGHED AND WALKED AWAY.

This had happened at State Bank Of India (Egmore High Road, Branch)
