Deduction of commison from the corporate agent code

Sir my self prabhat mishra and a working as corporate agent in pacl India limited

they deducted commission from my account similar to commission voucher

which i achieved as cmd prize

they telling us that becoz of some rummer in july by news channel

some people oppti.g out their policy from company

thats why we deducted the amount from ur a/c

but before they do not tell us that

after one year they applied this conditions which is not described in term and condition

sir please do need full to me
