Unreadable premium certificate

My policy no is U238104518 and i serve at chandigarh, for tax benefits I got through a person, the premium certificate having date 17/1 which is unreadable, and dim printing, and very small font used, and have no stamp and signature, I admit every company makes good policies, but it is the negligency of the workers, who obtained some position, cause company toward low estate, kindly improve the system to help people to appreciate the company, for every thing is judged by the works, not by words.if the company is really serious, some improvement will be seen, otherwise I option of complaints online is only a eyewash.
