Non payment of policy matured amount

I have registered in PGF Limited on 12/01 with S.No.:DP2H 1468526 and the expiry date is 12/10. We have Contacted several times in office to get the money back, But every one is saying it will come. Since 65 days are over from the expiry date, I want to know the delay reasons and interest payable for the delay. Kindly do the needful immediately to get the amount with interest.
