Status of Company

Dear Sir,

I have invested some amount in PACL India Ltd. But few days back, i saw the news on Star News about PACL India Ltd that there is a big FRAUD in this company. So, first of all i want to know that whether it is a Public Limited Company or a Private Ltd. Company? And also tell me that whether the allegations on that company have been proved yet or not? The company is assuring 12 - 14 % return on Reccuring Deposits and Fixed Deposits. So, whether i should continue investing in PACL or not? Kindly suggest.
