After Maturity also not releasing my money, since 3 month

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Prashant Pati and I have a serious complaint against PACL Ltd. (pearls).

I have bought 2 policy from PACL on 2006 for 6 ½ years. Out of that one (U35038388) has got matured 22nd Nov and I have submitted the certificate on 27th Dec but they did not issued my cheque, they simply given me a slip written that contact after 55 days and I am keep calling them every alternative days but till date I haven’t my cheque. They are not ready to give interest on that money also (Rs. 77000)

It is my hard earned money, so please do the needful, legally they should give my money immediately or they should give interest on it for keeping extra 3 months.

The same process they are repeating with second policy (U135045597). I have submitted on 6th March and they have given me a slip written that contact us after 60 days.

I need clarifications on :

1. PACL kept my money (Rs. 77000/-) for 3 months (still with them), but they are not ready to give interest on it why? Why IRDA not interfering in this point because insurance companies utilising our money for their benefits and are suffering. Request you to look into the matter.

2. Because of delay from HDFC, I could not make payment to my builder on time and now he is demanding a penalty of Rs. 20000/-. So will HDFC will pay this penalty.

3. Please look into the matter because PACL company literally harassing me to release my money. I have spoke to many customer care executives regarding my complaints earlier also but there was no response from PACL.
