Dear Sir/Madam

I and my wife Rita Joneja are holding 100 15% secured debentures each of the captioned company under folio nos: PPD006115 and PPD006116 under certificates nos:292747 and 292748 to which ICICI is the trustees on behalf of the debenture holders.

In the past 5/7 years I have been corresponding with Mr Mahesh Shah of ICICI regarding our secured debentre holding and settlement/payment of principal and Interest.

Now I understand from the press reports that the court has allowed the sale of Land and other assets of Pal-Peugeot and would like to have our share of secured debentures settled and paid.

Please note the change of our current address in your records and advise us the proceedure to seek/receive the refund of our Investment and Interest.
