Non receiving amount at ATM Counte

I attempted to withdraw Rs-10000/- through ATM of Axis Bank (Bolpur Branch) on 25.07.2011.at about 11.59am. I entered my ATM Card & entered password, amount but not received the amount. Then I withdraw Rs-5000/- & another 5000/-.The record No. of three transaction at Axis Bank ATM is 1652/1653/1654.My SB A/C No-1601000761 & ATM Card NO-5044 3734 1700 0062.I made a complaint at Central Bank of India (Bolpur Branch) on the same day but till today (16.08.2011) no action has been taken so far.
