Harrashment from NSDL department

My name is Kashif Iqbal Ahmed Farooqui and i was applied for duplicate PAN card on dated 08 May as i lost my Pan Card. My acknowledgment no is 073840100063671 and Existing pan no is AALPF9848E. Also i submitted NC from police station as a proof.

After so many follow up's with customer care and your pune branch it was not delivered. comment we received is address not found and also no proper response from your end. We also contact Lower Parel they have no resolution.

now please guide me what action i have to take to get my pan card.
