Wrong Number Printed on the Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Sarika John Chinchak, this complaint is regards to my pan card.

I have applied for PAN card before 3 years but i did not received my PAN card. Later on i again apply for new PAN card and I have got PAN card but when I went to pay my tax amount to bank, bank officer refused to take my money since my name is not displayed against the PAN number given to me.

When i verified my Name on the website it is showing some other no kindly look in to this matter. Look forward to get favorable reply from you.
