Not receive my PAN card yet

I have not received my PAN card yet. I applied for it in the month of November last year. When I checked online it is showing some other's name. I have only following details :

NAME: SYED ABDUL SATTAR

DOB : 10-08-1982

I applied for it in Bangalore, Karnataka. Please help me... Thanks
