PAN card status
PAN CARD STATUS - RUD LYING IN HYDERABAD

I've applied for PAN card on 19-06. Till now I didn't receive my PAN card. When I checked online with coupon number it says that "PAN CARD STATUS - RUD LYING IN HYDERABAD". I dont understand what does it mean. Please send my PAN card to below address which was given in the application form.
