Non-payment of FD Amt with Interest

I have deposited Rs. 20, 000 as FD for 15 months @ 12%. Company issued FDR and post dated cheques for capital and interest. But the cheques for interest of last quarter and for capital amt. bouncedand returned by the bank charging penalty from my bank account. Details are under:-

FDR no. BOD 18756 for Rs. 20000 dt. 20th March

Maturity Dt. 15.05.11.

detail of post-dated-cheques issued by the company . hdfc bank, fort mumbai no.574145 for rs. 20000 and cheque no, 574150 dt. 15 may bounced.
