Never used a credit card but showing written off amount in my report

I had applied for car loan recently and was shocked to know that in my cibil report there was written off credit card loan of rs.415021.

i never took any credit card ever and never received any such demand of payment from any card co.

so please let me know, why such information is showing in my report and which institution has done this.

so please give me a justice to remove my name from defaulter list & obliged.

Looking forward to a suitable action at earliest from your end.
